Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us at info@creditclaimassist.co.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint within 8 weeks, you may refer it to the Legal Ombudsman at legalombudsman.org.uk.

No Win No Fee

If your claim is successful, our fees will be deducted from the compensation recovered. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay our fees. A fee between 15–30% (exclusive of VAT) applies, dependent on the level of redress secured.

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without charge. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, reasonable fees may apply for work already undertaken. Full details of our fees and terms will be provided before you proceed.
