N.B. Fee percentages are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%). The examples above are for illustration only and should not be regarded as estimates of the redress you are likely to recover. For motor finance (PCP/HP) claims, the nature of the agreements means it is highly unlikely that any individual redress will exceed Band 2 (£9,999). In the event that redress falls into a higher band, the percentage fee will be reduced in accordance with the FCA fee cap rules under CMCOB 5.2. The maximum fee payable in any band is capped as shown above.

Important Information

You Can Claim for Free

You are not required to use a claims management company. You can pursue your PCP or HP claim for free, either by contacting your lender directly or through the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) once the FCA redress scheme opens. Using a CMC will reduce the net amount you receive.

The Debt Offset Scenario

In some cases, compensation may be offset against an outstanding balance you owe to the lender rather than paid to you as cash. Our success fee may still apply in this scenario even if you receive no cash payout directly. This is set out in your Terms of Engagement.

Right to Cancel

You have a 14-day cooling-off period after signing your Terms of Engagement, during which you can cancel without charge. If you cancel after the 14-day period but before a settlement is reached, you may be liable for reasonable costs incurred. Full details are in your Terms of Engagement.

Fee Confirmation Before You Sign

The exact success fee rate applicable to your claim is stated clearly in your personalised Terms of Engagement. You will not be committed to any fees until you have read, understood, and signed that document.

Full fee terms are set out in our Terms of Engagement. Questions? Contact us.

No Win No Fee

If your claim is successful, our fees will be deducted from the compensation recovered. If your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay our fees. A fee between 15–30% (exclusive of VAT) applies, dependent on the level of redress secured.

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without charge. If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, reasonable fees may apply for work already undertaken. Full details of our fees and terms will be provided before you proceed.
